1. Free Worldwide Shipping
- A Tempo offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.
- All orders are shipped using a tracked shipping service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
2. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or similar assessments imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
3. Delivery Times & Customs Processing
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
- A Tempo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import inspections, local postal services, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Lost Packages
- A Tempo is responsible for your shipment until it is marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If a package is lost in transit prior to delivery, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
- Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
5. Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- A Tempo is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- If a package must be reshipped due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
