Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

1. Our Commitment
We want every customer to have an exceptional experience with A Tempo, our products, and the experience of owning them.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@atempo.cc. We review every situation individually and will always make a good-faith effort to help.
2. Limited Edition Products
Each A Tempo jersey is individually numbered and produced in a strictly limited quantity.
Because inventory cannot be replenished and each piece forms part of a limited edition release, our return policies are bounded.
3. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
We generally do not accept returns or refunds for any non-defect reasons.
If you have questions before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
4. Size Exchanges
At A Tempo's sole discretion, we may offer a size exchange if inventory remains available.
To be eligible, the jersey must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free of odors, stains, damage, wear, or other signs of use.
Exchange eligibility will be determined by A Tempo upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
If an exchange is approved, A Tempo will provide return shipping and ship the replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact contact@atempo.cc within 14 days of delivery.
We may request photographs or additional information regarding the issue.
Where appropriate, A Tempo will replace the item, subject to inventory availability, or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
