Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Effective Date: October 19, 2025
All sales of limited edition products (e.g., Presto Jersey) are final. Pre-orders and numbered items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
1. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at contact@atempo.cc within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos of the issue.
- We will replace or repair the item at our discretion in such cases.
2. General Policy
Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or refunds for sizing or any other non-defect reasons. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. For questions about fit or measurements, contact us via contact@atempo.cc prior to ordering.
3. Sizing Issues
If stock allows, A Tempo may offer an exchange for a different size. Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny exchange requests at our sole discretion. To inquire about an exchange, contact us at contact@atempo.cc within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for replacement.
